[Buildbot-devel] Require Twisted-11.0.0?

Hey folks, we're looking at landing a big chunk of marchael's GSoC project:
 https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/pull/891

Unfortunately, it depends on the ability to cancel Deferreds, which
was only introduced in Twisted-11.0.0.  Currently Buidlbot supports
Twisted-9.0.0 and higher.

How awful would it be for you if we drop support for Twisted-9.x.0 and 10.x.0?
