Yes, I recall that, but for some reason I had it in my head that the age of
the components were the issue, and I thought that updating to the latest (or
the minimum versions required by the latest Buildbot) would address it.

As for the "non-unique" identifier issue, I checked the 0.8.8 requirements
again, and noticed that I missed the sqlite entry.  I think the minimum is
v3.4.x for 0.8.8, but my system is running v2.7.18.  Is it safe to assume that
this issue exists even with a version of sqlite appropriate for 0.8.8?
