[Buildbot-devel] Pylint / PEP8 -- thank you!

The Pylint and PEP8 additions to Buildbot have gone off without a hitch!

The Buildbot source now looks much more consistent and approachable,
which helps contributors and cuts down on spurious formatting changes
in diffs.

I use common/validate.sh on every pull request, and it's now giving me
much more thorough information about each request, and doing so faster
than it did before.  That makes my life a lot easier!  And merges from
master to nine have continued without any substantial pain, too.  I
wasn't even sure that was possible!

So a giant thank-you to Pierre and Vladimir especially, and to
everyone who helped out, for working hard to make this transition so
successful!
