Actually, I just did the same thing (0.8.5 -> 0.8.8), and while I was able to
patch this in 0.8.5, I could not readily find a choke point in the current
code to have the builders display in the order in which they are defined (on
the waterfall, for example).  I had to resort to the numeric prefixing that
Dustin suggested last year to force the order using ordinals, as I just don't
have the time right now to hack the code.

I'd love to hear that this was considered, and that there's an easy way to
accomplish it with 0.8.8.
