[Buildbot-devel] How do I get a SingleBranchScheduler + ForceScheduler

Ah, right!  Sorry, that's what I meant -- we mainly use the waterfall, so a
"build lane" corresponds to a given builder column on the waterfall -- and I
forgot that a builder can have more than one scheduler.
