Conservancy folks should (always) feel free to contradict me if I'm
wrong, but as long as you're not representing yourself *as* Buildbot,
that's absolutely fine.  If your clients are OK with submitting your
patches upstream, then those patches become a donation to
Buildbot/Conservancy under the GPLv2, but the private arrangements
that led to their creation are not important.
