[Buildbot-devel] Overall build jobs queue

Nine is the project to build Buildbot-0.9.0, which among other things
will have a completely rebuilt web interface based on a REST API.

Your request will be easier to satisfy in nine because there will be
an API call to get all pending build requests.  You'll note in
README.md that API support for build requests isn't done yet.
Hopefully that will happen soon :)
