[Buildbot-devel] formatting of builder name in waterfall column?

hi,
i'd like to abbreviate or create a display name for the builder column --
the names I've picked are long and dont contain spaces, so the waterfall
marches off to the right.

is there a way to customize this?
(we're running 0.8.3p1 on the master).
