[Buildbot-devel] buildbot as Windows service over msys shell

I run buildbot as a windows service and have installed mysysgit afterwards on
those slaves without issue. msysgit is now on the PATH and its
executables are available to shell commands invoked by the builders.

Is that the same requirement?
