[Buildbot-devel] How can I prevent multiple pending build request(I just want to keep 1 pending)?

It seem that there still lots of build requests after set 
" c['mergeRequests'] = True"
e.g. currently a long build is lasting,and there show 
"building < 1 min 17 pending"
