The latest released Buildbot, which was released before the SQLAlchemy
0.8.0 betas, allows SQLAlchemy > 0.6.0.  It turns out that
SQLAlchemy-0.8.0b* is incompatible with SQLAlchemy-Migrate-0.7.2 (the
latest), as you've seen.  Unfortunately, neither we nor the
SQLAlchemy-Migrate authors can retroactively change the compatibility
constraints of a released version.  The best we can do is ensure that
0.8.8 properly represents this compatibility problem.
