[Buildbot-devel] Programmatical configuration of builds

Hello there.

Could you tell, if there is the way to configure master.cfg 100%
programmatically?
I need a simple web ui, which will setup customized predefined build confs
for our developers team. Is it possible to do that?

What could you recommend to reach that goal?
