[Buildbot-devel] Support for Github Pull Requests

I saw that there was a previous discussion about adding support for Github
pull requests:

Has anyone started working on this feature? The core devs at Tahoe-LAFS
would like to have this and I'm willing to help someone out or write the
patch myself.
