[Buildbot-devel] rpmlint step issue from Fedora's bugzilla

Sorry, lately I have been a sloppy maintainer for buildbot in Fedora
so I just noticed this report because it was cleaned up by an
housekeeping script.

It also comes with a patch so, if applicable, it would be a pity to
waste; is there anyone who can check whether it is valid and useful?
