[Buildbot-devel] Buildbot jabber support

Hey there,

I've implemented jabber support for Buildbot because we at KDAB got desperate 
tunneling buildbot via an error-prone bitlbee-jabber bridge. The 
implementation is re-using most of the bits from the original words.IRC* 
classes.
