I hadn't seen that page, although I suspect other developers are more
familiar with it.  I've talked to the Twisted folks from time to time,
though, and I'm familiar with their concerns.

As you'd expect, most of the the items in there are not quick fixes
(and a good chunk just require an upgrade), so they'll have to get
fixed in due time..
