[Buildbot-devel] Codebases and ForceScheduler

I do have a patch for it, but it broke by some recent changes on the classes in that area, and I need to fix the patch. I about have it, but just havent finished it up.

I'll try to get that up for review soon, as I think it will be helpful for everyone.
