That is not an option for me. We really dont want people to change those
settings.

And that is probably worse in term of UX to ask people searching the proper
link in the proper step.
in my new UI draft, I added a mockup for that possible feature:

Promote and Rebuild is the same feature, except that promote is scheduling
another builder than original build.
