but the short version is, this is the project to refactor Buildbot to
use message-passing to glue components together, put everything in a
database, and build a scalable, modern web UI.

We've been working on the 'nine' branch for a while now, and the
basics of the data API and www service are in place.  Changes are in
the data API, but everything else remains as it is in master.  It
turns out that this is a lot of work!  So I'd like to get more people
looking at the code, offering feedback, and pitching in.
