[Buildbot-devel] make stop build button require a user and reason?

Greetings,

Is there a way to make the stop build button require a user and a reason?
I see in the code that it checks the authz for the user.

For my purposes I don't care about an authenticated user, just that the field isn't blank, and that the reason isn't blank.

I'm wondering if this wouldn't be related to the other thread on requiring certain fields to be filled for the "force build" functionality?
