Thanks for working this out, Ben and Phillipe, and thanks for updating
the wiki.  Robert Stackhouse is currently maintaining Buildbot's
Windows support, but I'm sure he could use some help.  If you want to
have a look through the Windows bugs (several of which were filed by
Phillipe..) and see what you can solve or add information to, that
would be great:
