[Buildbot-devel] Write our buildstep

Hello

I'm want to write our BuildStep for setProperty from Change to all Builders.
Now I'm write this code:

If I'm use it how
change_property_step = ChangeProperty(property='comments')

it set property ti this builder, but other triggered not have this property.
Why?
