[Buildbot-devel] required fields forcing a build

I will add naming the repo into it, but on the condition that the repository if the same type.
Apples and oranges cannot be mixed here (well maybe in Waldorf salad).

I will also add it to be turned on, but easily disabled.


I also have to look how this mixes with templates as this needs a template.
