[Buildbot-devel] buildbot-0.8.5rc1

So, it turns out that easy_install happily finds 0.8.5rc1 on google
code.  I deleted the files from there, but have re-added them here:

  http://buildbot.net/tmp/buildbot-slave-0.8.5rc1.tar.gz

I'll be getting another rc out today or tomorrow, since this has a few
bad bugs that have since been fixed.
