[Buildbot-devel] Indication that a rebuild has been requested?

I did have the same kind of issue here.
People wants more information about the build request. It happens that
I did a quick hack in web/builder.py in order to show more information
about pendig buildrequest.

I think this would be resolved more easily if we indeed had a
builder/buildrequests/<n> page.
This would also allow a <cancel one build request before it turns into
a build> change request that I often get.
