[Buildbot-devel] Indication that a rebuild has been requested?

After one presses the 'rebuild' button on a failed
job, there is no way to tell whether the rebuild has
been queued.  Sure, the builder shows another job
in the queue, but the jobs aren't identified.

When you're riding herd on a bunch of flaky tests,
this can be annoying.  Ideally the job you pressed
'rebuild' on would say 'Queued for rebuild, waiting for N other jobs
to finish first" or something...
