[Buildbot-devel] Python-2.4 support

Hah, well, I see consensus so far on dropping Python-2.4 support.
I'll leave some more time for folks to object - there's no hard
requirement for dropping this support, so reasonable arguments on
Python-2.4's behalf are worth making.

I don't know if there are 2.6 (or 2.7) features that would justify
dropping support for 2.5 (and 2.6).  I'd be interested to hear any
suggestions to that end.
