This fixes the following problems with 0.8.4:
** Fix a hang on startup (bug #1992)
** Fix errors in handling changes via sendchange (hgbuildbot, sendchange)
** Fix incorrect property renderings (Trigger, SVN)
** Allow configuration of change cache once again

I think I have learned my lesson from 0.8.3p1 and 0.8.4p1, and will
return to doing release-candidate builds for future releases!
