I'd answer this in two ways:

 1. It should be fairly open-ended: a new FacebookNotifier should have
a way to attach users facebook identifiers to a user, so that if I
trigger a build via IRC, it recognizes my nick, translates that to a
user object, and then when it comes time to notify me, uses the
facebook identifier from that user object to notify me.

 2. I'm most interested just in correlating multiple identifiers from
different systems that Buildbot talks to, but some additional display
information would be helpful, too - a name and some kind of link to a
user icon would be great (gravatar, maybe?).
