[Buildbot-devel] Discussion on source steps

Such a "custom scripts source step" would almost certainly be caveat emptor
when it comes to writing the scripts properly - as long as what the scripts
are supposed to accomplish (and the circumstances in which they are called)
is made clear, we should assume a reasonably competent script-writer.
