[Buildbot-devel] problem with custom mail formatter

If I recall, this got solved in IRC.  So for the benefit of the
archives, the problem was that buildbot was only being reconfigured
(not restarted), and wasn't noticing this particular change.  It
resulted in this bug:
  http://trac.buildbot.net/ticket/1764
which should be fixed in 0.8.4.
