[Buildbot-devel] Emailing users on the blame list and fileIsImportant

Dear all,

I have a scheduler that filters out files that are not important using the
fileIsImportant argument, which triggers a build on check in and then emails
those on the blame list when it fails. However, this includes those on the
blamelist who checked in a file that wasn't important. Therefore, is it
possible to filter the email receiptants to include only those who checked
in files that were important when a failure occurs? I think this only
happens when that unimportant file checkin occurs within the tree stable
time window, so I could reduce that.
