[Buildbot-devel] is there a way to set the umask for the builder dirs to be other than rwx only by the user it's running under?

Greetings,

is there a way to set the umask for the builder dirs to be other than rwx only by the user it's running under?

Some of the log files generated are rather large and uses would rather access them via their favorite editor and/or less.
