For one project I work on, we have separate debug and release builders; we make a
Release build with every commit.  This project turns pout to build fast enough that it
Doesn't matter, but one could use a prioritizeBuilders function to make sure release
Builds only happen when slaves would otherwise be idle, if you'd like.
