The details for the summit next month are now finalized.  Hooray!

  December 17 at 3pm Pacific
  Mozilla HQ - 650 Castro, Mountain View, CA

We will be streaming an A/V feed on http://air.mozilla.org, and I will
have call-in details available on
http://buildbot.net/trac/wiki/BuildbotSummits shortly.

As I've mentioned, this is an organizational meeting, so the topics
I'd like to cover are not particularly technical.  They are:

 * Developer Recruitment
   - defined dev roles
   - developer permissions (e.g., trac admin, commit)
   - promotion process
   - GSoC?
 * Development Policies
   - incident response
   - dependency version requirements
 * Releases
   - release pace
   - support calendar for old versions
   - release process (rc's? betas?)
   - downstream communication (e.g., linux distros, macports, opencsw)
 * Licensing
   - can we put new components under less restrictive licenses?
 * Brand upgrade
   - boilerplate "about Buildbot" needs work
   - consistent web design for all buildbot pages

Please let me know if you have other suggested topics.  I will be
kick-starting some on-list conversation of the above items before the
summit begins.
