Ok, here comes the next version of the GitMaildirSource patch. The
earlier patch worked fine with test mails, but failed when SF.net
mailing list added it's  "------" lines to the mail. This patch also
fixes an issue with branch name being parsed incorrectly (e.g. " master"
instead of "master"). This new version has so far worked perfectly with
real post-receive-emails sent by SF.net. I'll write the test cases and
documentation as soon as I can.
