[Buildbot-devel] Buildbot-0.8.0 released!

Buildbot-0.8.0 is now officially released, and available in the
various locations you might expect.

This major release of Buildbot brings a new database backend for
changes and scheduler state, so that master restarts do not lose
information about scheduled builds. The web interface has been spruced
up and rebuilt on a template engine. A new JSON API has been added, as
well as an authorization framework, and many other changes.

As we move along in the 0.8.x series, lots of pieces of Buildbot will
be changing.  I'd recommend upgrading to 0.8.0 soon, rather than
waiting for a few more releases, so as to minimize the number of
moving parts in each upgrade.

As always, feedback via the mailing list, IRC, and/or the bug tracker
is welcome!
