No, it's designed to show authentication forms inline where necessary.
So for example if force-build is completely disabled, it doesn't show
up. If it's open and enabled, then the "Force" button and form
appears. If it's enabled but requires auth, then the form appears and
includes username/password fields.
It ain't pretty, and I'd like to see some kind of cookie integration
added. Also, it would be nice to be able to password-protect
*viewing*, too.
