[Buildbot-devel] Buildbot-0.8.0rc2

Thanks to Tom and Charles for testing RC1.  Tom, in particular,
discovered some serious bugs (read: it didn't work) in the Nightly
scheduler.

In light of that, I've released RC2 with some additional documentation
and with fixes for the Nightly scheduler.  Please give it a whirl, and
with luck we can have this out the door at COB Monday!
