Yeah.  One way is to just setup N factories/builders, one for
gnome-about, one for molinux-desktop, etc.  They can each checkout a
subrepo && operate on that.

I could give more details or suggest alternate methods.. but this is
really in the docs, and thus I think you should try what you want
first.
