[Buildbot-devel] Warning exit codes?

I'm interested, with the following provisos:

* configurable
* keeps existing behavior by default

We already have a "warnings" indication.  I'd prefer not to add
additional step/build statuses (and anyway, the colors are assigned in
the web status, not in the build processing).
