[Buildbot-devel] scheduler support for multiple repositories

This just landed in the 0.8.0 beta.  Dan Locks and Benoît both worked
hard on this particular change.

To be clear, this solves Prakash's problem: building several distinct
projects in one buildmaster; but not the more complex problem Tom
brought up -- building one project from several source-code
repositories (whether svn:externals or not).

Dan's been working on the latter problem, and has made some shortcuts
similar to Tom's (assuming HEAD for repositories that aren't the
subject of a Change).  These shortcuts are problematic even for us at
Zmanda, though, so we'll need to find a better solution eventually.
