This install worked for me, similar to that of rc1.  I called the installed 'buildslave' script directly and then converted the (older, one-liner) 7.12 buildbot.bat to buildslave.bat as well as trying the larger upstream contrib/buildbot.bat, converting it to a buildslave.bat.
