[Buildbot-devel] Buildbot 0.8.0 on Windows

First, I tried easy_install buildbot, but that did not work.

Then I downloaded the zip from
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/b/buildbot/buildbot-0.8.0.zip

Then I unzipped it and tried to run "python setup.py install", and I get the
following output:

I looked in C:\buildbot-0.8.0\ and there is no "bin" directory
