[Buildbot-devel] Buildbot 0.8.1rc1 available

I wanted to try this out to see if it fixed an issue with git fetching
in 0.8.0, but I noticed the Windows-specific stuff in setup.py was
commented out and labeled TODO. I tried to copy what was done for
buildbot for buildslave but it didn't work and I wasn't able to figure
it out.

Right now, I'm running buildbot 0.8.0 with a hack to always fetch
instead of doing a reset first. It looks like the git issue I have was
described a few months ago:
