Hi Greg,

I do agree about buildbot functionality, but in Hudson using URL change
trigger extension it is possible to trigger build without any version
control tool.

So it monitors URL content and also monitor filesystem and trigger build if
there is a change.

Actually we are using Hudson for our build environment and mainly because of
URL change trigger. And I was exploring buildbot, has got any similar
facility to do so.
