[Buildbot-devel] bzr tests failed with 0.7.12

This has to do with the fact that the buildmaster no longer keeps an in
memory list of builds.

I hacked bzr_buildbot.py to get it to work temporarily. I would be glad to
update the code and the tests, but could probably use some guidance.
