This has been an underdeveloped area of Buidlbot - how to coordinate
amongst multiple, related builds. Dependent and Triggerable both
solve this problem in fairly degenerate ways. There are some pretty
clear solutions for a single project/repository, but now that we have
multiple project and repository support, there are a lot more
possibilities that we need to consider. This has a keyword on trac,
although not much has happened recently:
