[Buildbot-devel] installing buildbot failed using no-root accout

Hi guys,
    According the reference of buildbot, I tried to install it to my  
account's home directory. But it failed with the following error  
information. Do I have to install it using root accout? Is it possible to  
install it using no-root account.
    I want to deploy it to my public server. but I have not root account.

choose a different installation directory (using the -d or --install-dir
option).
