[Buildbot-devel] Updates on S3FileUpload

Hi all,
I'm still working on the S3FileUpload step and I just managed to reach
a working state; the current most annoying issue with it is that the
transfer is happening at the Master side, and during the time required
the operation is blocking any other master's activity.

I think this could be solved by converting the code to a slave side
command, but I'm wondering if/how this could be done on the master.
